Senior Specialist - Projects

About the role

AIQ is seeking a Senior Specialist – Projects (APC SME) to lead the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of Advanced Process Control (APC) systems from AspenTech or Honeywell. The role spans the full project lifecycle, ensuring that AI‑driven process solutions are delivered on time and meet the high reliability standards required by the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close APC implementation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with client teams, engineering, and AI infrastructure groups to ensure seamless integration.
• Oversee system configuration, testing, commissioning, and performance validation.
• Provide continuous technical support and troubleshooting post‑deployment.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, compliance records, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in project management within industrial AI or process control environments.
• Strong background with APC solutions, preferably AspenTech or Honeywell.
• Familiarity with large‑scale data handling and AI infrastructure.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
