Senior Specialist – Recruitment & Workforce

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and workforce planning initiatives in Abu Dhabi. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and supporting strategic workforce decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from manpower request to onboarding.
• Develop, monitor and report on the annual recruitment plan aligned with workforce priorities.
• Support workforce planning by assessing current and future manpower needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and devise sourcing strategies.
• Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments and selection.
• Track recruitment KPIs and produce reports on vacancies, time‑to‑fill and sourcing effectiveness.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and other channels to build a qualified talent pipeline.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and workforce planning policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies across various levels and functions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and interviewing capabilities.
• Analytical skills to interpret workforce data and prepare reports.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
