Senior Specialist Relationship Management - Global Payments & Trade

About the role

The Senior Specialist supports the Global Payments & Trade Relationship Management team in managing and growing client relationships across payments, cash management, liquidity and trade products. The role is based in Dubai and involves client coverage, onboarding support, preparation of client materials and contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior relationship managers with day-to-day client interactions across Global Payments & Trade solutions.
• Prepare client meeting materials, account plans, call reports and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with product, implementation, service, operations, compliance and legal teams to support client needs.
• Help monitor pipeline activity, onboarding progress, account usage and revenue opportunities.
• Track client issues, service requests and strategic initiatives for timely resolution.
• Contribute to identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Support RFPs, pricing discussions, internal approvals and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records, meeting notes and reporting in internal systems.
• Develop knowledge of payments, liquidity, cash management and trade solutions, and assist with market and client research.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Relevant experience in transaction banking, corporate banking, treasury services, client management or financial services support.
• Strong interest in payments, cash management and trade finance solutions.
• Fluent English and Arabic are essential to support the client segment.
• Preferred: experience supporting institutional, corporate or financial institution clients, and familiarity with treasury services, correspondent banking, liquidity structures or trade products.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and CRM/reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
