Senior Specialist Resource Management and Mobility

About the role

The Senior Specialist Resource Management and Mobility will deliver end‑to‑end resource planning, talent mobility and capability build‑up support for ADNOC DM&T & Upstream capital projects. The role ensures the right talent is deployed to the right project at the right time, maintaining accurate demand and capacity visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a rolling resource demand and capacity plan across projects, phases, disciplines and locations, highlighting gaps and critical roles.
• Execute full‑cycle resource mobilization, including requests, approvals, onboarding readiness, site access, rotation schedules and demobilisation.
• Coordinate with discipline heads and project managers to keep role profiles, competency requirements and staffing templates up to date.
• Run vacancy and deployment coordination, shortlist internal candidates, manage interviews, offers and align start dates with project milestones.
• Prepare weekly and monthly resource dashboards and management submissions to support decision‑making.
• Identify and resolve recurring resourcing bottlenecks, improving trackers, templates, SLAs and ways of working.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferred).
• Proven experience in resource management, talent mobility or workforce planning for large capital projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain accurate, auditable resource data.
• Experience working with project controls, human capital functions and external consultants or PMCs.
