Senior Specialist – Sales Advisory & Liabilities (NeoBiz)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to own end‑to‑end processing of NeoBiz and Business Checking Account applications, ensuring timely approvals and funding while meeting sales and liability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of customer‑initiated NeoBiz and Business Checking Account applications across the workflow system.
• Maintain high straight‑through‑processing rates and meet agreed turnaround times.
• Engage customers post‑approval to drive account funding and achieve financial targets.
• Maximise the number of digitally initiated applications that are approved, opened, and funded each month.
• Pre‑screen applications for completeness and compliance, reducing rework and rejections.
• Proactively resolve queries from Governance, Compliance, CCAM, or other stakeholders within defined timelines.
• Advise customers on requirements and ensure final submissions meet risk, compliance, and onboarding standards.
• Accurately update CRM and fulfilment systems with all customer interactions, application statuses, approvals, and funding information.
• Demonstrate strong risk awareness, especially regarding AML, sanctions, and operational risks, and adhere to onboarding controls.

Required profile

• Experience in end‑to‑end processing of banking account applications.
• Strong understanding of compliance, AML, sanctions and operational risk frameworks.
• Excellent customer communication and advisory skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and meet sales/liability targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and banking workflow systems.
• Knowledge of AML, sanctions and compliance regulations.
