About the role
Take end‑to‑end ownership of customer‑initiated NeoBiz and Business Checking Account applications, ensuring they are approved and funded within agreed timelines. Drive account funding post‑approval and contribute to financial and liabilities targets.
Key responsibilities
- Process NeoBiz and Business Checking Account applications through the workflow system, maintaining high straight‑through‑processing rates.
- Pre‑screen applications for completeness and compliance, minimizing rework and downstream rejections.
- Engage customers to resolve queries from Governance, Compliance, CCAM, or other stakeholders within defined timelines.
- Advise customers on application requirements to meet risk, compliance, and onboarding standards.
- Update CRM and fulfilment systems with accurate customer interactions, application statuses, approvals, and funding updates.
- Maintain high risk awareness, especially regarding AML, sanctions, and operational risks, ensuring adherence to onboarding controls.
