Senior Specialist – Warehouse Operations Excellence

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Warehouse Operations Excellence drives operational efficiency and best‑practice implementation across ADNOC’s warehouse network. The role focuses on optimizing processes, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering cost‑reduction initiatives while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement warehouse operations strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Design and deliver training programs for supervisors and staff on safety and operating procedures.
• Analyse performance metrics, identify improvement areas and execute corrective action plans.
• Lead best‑practice delivery in inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping & receiving.
• Coordinate with transportation, logistics and other departments to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage compliance with regulatory and safety standards, recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and control the warehouse operations budget, driving cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce new technologies or processes to enhance performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Relevant professional certifications in warehouse or supply‑chain management (preferred).
