Senior Specialist, Warehouse Operations & Stakeholder Engagement

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Warehouse Operations & Stakeholder Engagement will lead the optimisation of warehouse processes while ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on driving efficiency, cost reduction and compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all warehouse activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and implement warehouse operations strategies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for supervisors and staff on safety and operating procedures.
• Analyse performance metrics to identify improvement areas and execute corrective action plans.
• Implement best practices in inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping and receiving processes.
• Advise transportation and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration with warehouse functions.
• Review compliance with regulatory and safety requirements and take corrective actions as needed.
• Manage the warehouse operations budget, seeking cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance to meet safety standards and negotiate contracts with key vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Logistics (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Professional certifications in warehouse management, supply chain or logistics are a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and drive continuous improvement.
