Senior Stakeholder Engineer

About the role

Egis, an international engineering, consulting and construction firm operating in 100 countries, is looking for a Senior Stakeholder Engineer to join its team in Dubai. The role centres on implementing stakeholder engagement activities that support the delivery of infrastructure and master plan projects and their authority approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive stakeholder management strategies for infrastructure and master plan projects, including authority approvals
• Identify, analyse and prioritise key internal and external stakeholders
• Carry out stakeholder mapping and maintain registers such as an authority tracking register, flow charts and approval programmes
• Build and maintain relationships with government entities, community organisations and business partners
• Work with cross-functional teams to keep stakeholder messaging consistent
• Run regular stakeholder analyses and share insights with the Stakeholder Management Lead
• Manage and mitigate stakeholder risks early, and organise meetings, workshops and events
• Prepare engagement reports and presentations for executive leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in stakeholder management, with a proven record delivering infrastructure and master plan projects and authority approvals in Dubai
• Experience with authorities such as RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, CED Trakhees, DDA, DCD, Etisalat and Du
• Willingness to travel within the UAE as required
