About the role

The Senior Structural Engineer – Site Supervision will lead the on‑site structural engineering team, ensuring that all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. This role involves close coordination with contractors, architects, and other engineering disciplines to deliver safe, compliant structures on time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the on‑site structural engineering team, maintaining adherence to specifications, quality, and safety.
• Manage day‑to‑day structural activities on‑site, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular inspections of foundations, columns, beams, and slabs to verify compliance with project and regulatory standards.
• Perform additional structural calculations and provide technical guidance to ensure safe construction methods.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to align structural work with overall project goals and timelines.
• Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders, addressing structural concerns and clarifying technical details.
• Prepare inputs for monthly progress reports as directed by the Resident Engineer.
• Maintain detailed site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and non‑compliance reports.
• Ensure all on‑site activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 12+ years of structural engineering experience, preferably on building and airport projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
