About the role

The Senior Structural Engineer will lead site supervision, ensuring that all structural works meet quality, safety and schedule requirements. This role involves close coordination with resident engineers, contractors and the design office to deliver compliant and safe construction.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and monitor work quality and progress on site.
Check site safety measures to ensure compliance with supervision plans.
Carry out tasks according to requirements and checklists derived from RSE/RGE.
Supervise Resident Engineers (TCPs) on superstructure, foundation, site formation and ELS works.
Coordinate and compile reports on supervision activities, including non‑conformities, and report to RSE/RGE.
Verify works against approved plans, temporary works, method statements and safety measures.
Review contractor submissions and monitor contractor TCPs.
Attend site and project meetings and coordinate with the design office on all site matters.
