About the role

Fantastic opportunity for a Construction, Engineering or Real Estate recruiter in Dubai. You will work with key stakeholders to set talent acquisition strategy, support a major increase of projects worldwide, and lead hiring teams to secure top senior talent.

Key responsibilities

Play a key part in global talent acquisition strategy.
Engage with senior‑level candidates up to C‑suite, ensuring suitability and managing them through the recruitment process.
Hire across multiple verticals within projects and construction.
Negotiate compensation and packages to attract top talent.
Facilitate a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance through integration.
Manage seamless onboarding processes to ensure smooth transition into roles.

Required profile

5‑10 years experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate recruitment.
Proven experience managing and leading a recruitment team.
Senior‑level recruitment expertise with a strong understanding of the relevant market.
