About the role
Fantastic opportunity for a Construction, Engineering or Real Estate recruiter in Dubai. You will work with key stakeholders to set talent acquisition strategy, support a major increase of projects worldwide, and lead hiring teams to secure top senior talent.
Key responsibilities
- Play a key part in global talent acquisition strategy.
- Engage with senior‑level candidates up to C‑suite, ensuring suitability and managing them through the recruitment process.
- Hire across multiple verticals within projects and construction.
- Negotiate compensation and packages to attract top talent.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance through integration.
- Manage seamless onboarding processes to ensure smooth transition into roles.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate recruitment.
- Proven experience managing and leading a recruitment team.
- Senior‑level recruitment expertise with a strong understanding of the relevant market.
