Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Healthcare

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for clinical and non‑clinical positions within hospitals and healthcare facilities in Abu Dhabi. You will partner with medical leaders to attract qualified physicians, nurses, allied health professionals and support staff while ensuring compliance with UAE licensing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, allied health professionals and hospital support staff.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, department heads and medical directors to define staffing needs and priorities.
• Source candidates locally and internationally via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and healthcare networks.
• Conduct detailed screening, verify qualifications, assess clinical experience and confirm licensing eligibility (DOH, DHA, MOH).
• Coordinate interview schedules with clinical panels and senior stakeholders.
• Handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination and documentation follow‑up.
• Work closely with credentialing, DataFlow and licensing teams to ensure hiring compliance.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire and quality‑of‑hire and maintain accurate records in ATS.
• Support employer branding initiatives and build relationships with healthcare institutions and agencies.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare or hospital recruitment.
• Strong understanding of clinical roles and staffing structures.
• Familiarity with UAE healthcare licensing (DOH, DHA, MOH) preferred.
• Experience recruiting in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail, especially in credential verification and compliance.
