Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Sulzer is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist on a six‑month temporary contract to support its global recruitment efforts. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, ensure data integrity in Workday, and contribute to the company’s talent acquisition goals across the Middle East, Caspian and North Africa regions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain job requisitions in Workday, ensuring accurate details, approvals, and status updates.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews using Workday tools, partnering with hiring managers for a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date candidate and requisition data in Workday, complying with internal standards and audit requirements.
• Generate and analyse recruitment reports such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
• Follow standardized recruitment processes, ensure proper documentation, and adhere to applicable labor laws.
• Support proactive sourcing strategies using internal tools and external platforms, building talent pipelines within Workday.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, job posting optimisation, and candidate communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–6 years of recruiting experience in a similar industry.
• Demonstrated recruiting experience in the Middle East, Caspian, and North Africa regions.
• Understanding of technical hiring and the energy market.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and a project‑management mindset.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Availability for the full six‑month contract.
