Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a Abu Dhabi government entity, ensuring a high‑quality talent pipeline that aligns with the organization’s People & Performance strategy and Emiratization goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement hiring strategies covering the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates using modern sourcing, branding, and recruitment methods.
• Screen CVs, prepare summary profiles, conduct non‑technical interviews, and shortlist the best fits for hiring managers.
• Drive best‑practice interviewing techniques and enhance candidate experience.
• Collaborate with business leaders, Rewards and Policy teams to set salary levels, negotiate offers, and prepare job contracts.
• Support new hires in adapting to the organization’s culture, tools, and systems.
• Collect feedback on recruitment services, report on hiring metrics, and identify improvement areas.
• Stay current with UAE labour laws and HRA guidelines, ensuring compliance in contracts and processes.
• Partner with unit heads to align talent acquisition plans with workforce demand and Emiratization initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other sourcing channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level talent acquisition or recruitment within large organisations.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour regulations and Emiratization policies.
• Ability to work closely with business units, HR policy teams, and senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset for reporting, metrics tracking, and continuous improvement.
