Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment team and drive end‑to‑end hiring processes across the UAE healthcare sector. The role combines strategic leadership, data‑driven sourcing, and deep knowledge of local licensing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage the recruitment team to meet KPIs and hiring targets.
• Design and optimise recruitment workflows using automation tools such as Power Automate and advanced ATS platforms.
• Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand manpower needs and provide market insights.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert on DOH, DHA and MOHAP regulations, ensuring all medical staff meet licensing and compliance criteria.
• Oversee primary source verification (Dataflow), exam bookings and license conversions.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline using Boolean and X‑ray search techniques.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, licensing consultancies and academic partners.
• Represent the organisation at industry events to strengthen employer branding.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in UAE healthcare recruitment and thorough knowledge of DOH, DHA and MOHAP licensing processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to recruitment.
