Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Rowad Modern Engineering is looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruitment cycle. You will partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent that aligns with the company’s culture and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and the company career page.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding in collaboration with HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven talent acquisition experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE.
• Experience recruiting blue‑collar workforce for construction or engineering projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with competency‑based interviews and UAE recruitment market practices.
