Senior Tax Manager – International Corporate Tax

About the role

Ajax Systems is expanding its Group Tax Team and seeks a Senior Tax Manager to lead tax matters across its international footprint, including the UAE, EU, North America and Vietnam. The role blends strategic tax planning with hands‑on compliance, transfer‑pricing oversight and risk management for a fast‑growing technology manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage tax compliance and reporting for an assigned portfolio of jurisdictions.
• Support the creation of new legal entities and model tax effects for international expansion projects.
• Develop and maintain the Group’s tax model, ensuring alignment with local, European and international tax rules.
• Coordinate external tax advisors, review deliverables and oversee transfer‑pricing documentation (Master File, Local File).
• Identify, assess and communicate tax risks, providing practical solutions to finance, legal and business partners.
• Participate in tax audits, disputes and negotiations with tax authorities.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of professional experience in international corporate taxation, tax structuring or dispute resolution.
• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, double‑tax treaties and transfer‑pricing rules.
• Experience supporting multi‑jurisdictional companies, preferably in a Big 4 or in‑house role.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
