Senior Technical Architect

About the role

Inception, a G42 company, is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to define and drive the architecture strategy for AI‑driven initiatives across the organization. The role bridges business objectives with technology roadmaps, ensuring scalable, secure and high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a technical architecture framework aligned with business goals.
• Lead evaluation, selection and integration of new technologies and frameworks.
• Provide strategic guidance for large‑scale AI and technology projects.
• Design and oversee implementation of scalable, secure AI solutions.
• Mentor architects and technical teams on best practices and innovation.
• Monitor emerging technology trends and advocate adoption where appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead technical architectural transformations at scale.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into efficient architectures.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with stakeholder influence.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and extensive experience in technical architecture.

Required skills

• Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript.
• AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
• Data technologies: SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark.
• Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, service mesh technologies.
