Senior Technical Recruiter – IT & Technical Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for a wide range of IT and technical positions within an established ICT systems integrator. The role requires deep understanding of technology profiles, strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to manage multiple vacancies while delivering high‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Indeed, referrals and other channels, focusing on passive talent for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Screen candidates on technical expertise, experience, communication and cultural fit; conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Coordinate interview schedules, negotiate offers, oversee background checks and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Support junior recruiters with sourcing strategies and share market intelligence.
• Track recruitment metrics, meet monthly targets and produce performance reports.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and ability to translate technical requirements into search criteria.
• Proven stakeholder management, negotiation and multi‑vacancy handling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT or related field.
