Senior Technician - Maintenance

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance on elevators, escalators and other vertical transport systems to keep them in optimal condition.
- Conduct thorough inspections, identify faults, wear and tear, and propose improvement solutions.
- Carry out repairs, replacements or modifications to restore equipment to proper operating state.
- Troubleshoot elevators and escalators from major brands such as Kone, Schindler, TKE, Otis and Mitsubishi.
- Manage third‑party inspections, provide assistance and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client queries and updating them on maintenance progress.
- Keep accurate records of service activities, repairs and inspections, including photos, serial numbers and customer signatures.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to plan maintenance and address issues efficiently.
- Perform preventative maintenance during callback visits to avoid future problems.
- Be on‑call for service requests during evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, ensuring compliance with local safety codes and regulations.
