Senior Test Lead – Channel Testing Specialist (Corporate Banking)

About the role

Experienced QA and channel testing professional with over 10 years in corporate banking, focusing on end‑to‑end testing of digital corporate channels, transaction banking platforms and core banking integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end testing activities for corporate channel implementations, including test strategy, planning, execution and defect tracking.
• Validate critical banking workflows across payments, cash management, collections, liquidity management and card management modules.
• Perform API, integration and core‑banking interface testing with systems such as Temenos T24, Finacle and host‑to‑host platforms.
• Collaborate with business, product, development and client teams to ensure quality delivery and support go‑live and post‑production testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/testing within corporate banking or transaction banking environments.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale banking implementations for Middle East banks.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and stakeholder/client management.

Required skills

• Channel FO/BO testing, cash management, liquidity management system (LMS), collections & receivables, card management.
• Functional, integration, UAT, regression and system testing.
• API testing using Postman.
• Core banking integration testing with Temenos T24 and Finacle.
• Test planning, execution and defect management with root‑cause analysis.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
