Senior Treasury Manager – Corporate Funding & Risk

About the role

The Senior Treasury Manager will join a fast‑growing, diversified group in the UAE, supporting the Treasury Front Office in executing the Group’s funding strategy and managing financial risks. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, financing institutions, and internal teams to secure competitive capital for growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, structure and execute funding solutions such as term loans, revolving credit facilities, project finance and capital‑market instruments.
• Collaborate with business units to understand financing needs and design appropriate solutions.
• Support credit rating processes and debt capital‑market activities.
• Implement a centralized debt‑management framework, ensuring compliance with financing terms and stakeholder reporting.
• Identify, monitor and optimise FX and interest‑rate exposure, overseeing hedging strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and internal partners in FP&A, Investor Relations and Investments.
• Drive Treasury transformation initiatives, including centralisation, Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation, inter‑company funding, transfer pricing and an In‑House Bank.
• Leverage technology, automation, data and AI to improve reporting, governance and decision‑making.
• Oversee core Treasury operations such as bank‑account management, payments and reporting.

Required profile

• 12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in corporate treasury.
• Strong background in corporate funding, debt financing and financial risk management.
• Proven experience with bank facilities, project finance or debt capital‑market structures.
• Experience in large corporate or holding‑company environments; GCC exposure is a plus.
• Track record of contributing to Treasury transformation programmes (centralisation, TMS, automation, In‑House Banking).
