Senior Treasury Quant Manager

About the role

Join the Treasury & Investments Group at ADCB as a Senior Treasury Quant Manager. You will lead quantitative assessment for the Treasury Trading Desk and collaborate with Front Office, IT, Market Risk and external vendors to deliver robust pricing models and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product features, payoff structures and market data needs into clear model requirements and define scope, assumptions and limitations.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of Front Office pricing model implementation, including configuration, testing, documentation, validation and post‑go‑live monitoring.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quantitative outputs, testing evidence and artefacts meet governance milestones.
• Identify control gaps and process inefficiencies, implementing improvements to enhance model consistency, transparency and lifecycle governance.
• Maintain comprehensive model documentation, perform performance monitoring, sensitivity analysis and benchmarking against market references.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of Front Office quantitative analysis, pricing model implementation and governance experience in Treasury, Financial Markets or banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CQF, FRM, CFA or PRM are a plus.
