Senior UX Researcher

About the role

Senior UX Researcher primary role is to support the design team with customer research and testing activities for digital banking products and services. Working closely with product owners, engineers and designers, the role helps create, deliver and validate digital experiences for ADIB Group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute research plans aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing and field studies.
• Analyze data to generate insights on user behaviours, needs and pain points.
• Create detailed personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers and developers to integrate findings into product development.
• Present research findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve research practices and benchmark UX improvements over time.
• Ensure ethical standards, privacy and confidentiality throughout research activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consumer‑focused product companies delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Strong communication skills in English, analytical thinking and ability to present to mixed audiences.
• User‑focused design mentality with a track record of acquiring feedback through usability studies, user research and A/B testing.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and adapt to evolving challenges.
