Senior UX-UI Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user‑centric digital solutions for government services in the UAE. The role involves designing both web and mobile applications while ensuring compliance with local standards and bilingual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full UI/UX design lifecycle from research and wireframing to high‑fidelity prototypes and usability testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into user‑friendly experiences.
• Design responsive web interfaces and iOS/Android mobile app screens that meet government service standards.
• Conduct user research, develop personas, and perform usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and UI style guide for consistency across applications.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably on government or large‑enterprise projects.
• Proven expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong ability to transform business and user needs into creative UI/UX concepts.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and front‑end collaboration.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508) and bilingual (Arabic/English) design best practices.
