Senior Vice President, Client Integration

About the role

The Senior Vice President, Client Integration will drive new business acquisition and manage existing client relationships, overseeing onboarding and integration across Citco’s global network. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients during technical and support phases, the role collaborates with senior management and internal technology groups to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in marketing and sales pitches, demonstrating Citco’s workflows, best practices and technologies.
• Provide information support for RFPs and act as a direct source for Business Development.
• Negotiate AA/SLA terms and manage proof‑of‑concept initiatives for sales opportunities.
• Project‑manage external new‑client launches, conversions and onboarding of ancillary services.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to capture client requirements and align internal workflows.
• Document, agree and execute project scope during planning phases, including major SLA changes.
• Actively contribute to departmental and company‑wide projects and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in middle‑office, accounting or related financial services functions.
• Proven project‑management background with a track record of delivering client integration projects.
• Strong relationship‑management experience with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively across global offices.
