Senior VIP Relationship Manager – MENA

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior VIP Relationship Manager to join our VIP team in the MENA region. The role serves as the primary point of contact for global VIP clients, enhancing customer experience, fostering loyalty, and driving business success.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients.
• Build rapport and expand relationships with existing clients via frequent and sustained communication.
• Develop customer service processes, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers.
• Analyze client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare detailed analysis reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders across departments to deliver optimal service solutions and experiences.

Required profile

• Client portfolio includes institutional clients, high‑net‑worth individuals, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks.
• Experience working on trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience in sales and client services with an international financial background is preferred.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and multitask effectively.
• Enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving crypto industry and staying up‑to‑date with trends.
