Senior VIP Relationship Manager – MENA Region

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Relationship Manager to join our VIP team in the MENA region, serving as the primary point of contact to enhance customer experience, foster client loyalty, and drive business success.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients.
• Build rapport and expand relationships with existing clients through frequent, sustained communication.
• Develop key customer service processes, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers.
• Analyze client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare detailed customer analysis reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders across departments to deliver optimal service solutions and experiences.

Required profile

• Experience managing a portfolio that includes institutional clients, high‑net‑worth individuals, private banks, brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks.
• Background in trading platforms or cryptocurrency exchanges is highly advantageous.
• Prior sales and client‑service experience in international financial institutions such as banking or investment firms.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and multitask effectively.
• Enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving crypto industry and staying up‑to‑date with trends.
