Senior Virtual Relationship Officer – Business Banking

About the role

Join ADCB’s Business Aspire team as a Senior Virtual Relationship Officer, where you will manage a portfolio of business banking clients through structured virtual engagement. You will develop deep insights into client needs, drive digital adoption, and contribute to the bank’s growth objectives while working in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Business Banking Aspire clients via virtual channels, understanding their financial position and service needs.
• Maintain regular contact plans, record interactions in approved systems, and ensure client satisfaction and portfolio performance.
• Identify and progress new client opportunities through digital channels, supporting end‑to‑end onboarding.
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate banking solutions across deposits, lending, and transactional products.
• Prepare and submit credit applications, working closely with credit, risk, and compliance teams.
• Promote digital banking channels, guide clients through onboarding, and ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of relationship management experience, preferably in business banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Relevant certification such as Certified Financial Planner or Chartered Financial Analyst.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and banking platforms.
• Data analysis and portfolio monitoring capabilities.
• Experience with digital onboarding and channel adoption.
