Senior Visual Merchandising & Store Design Manager – MEA

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a senior leader to drive visual merchandising and store design across the Middle East and Africa. The role will shape the retail experience, lead a regional team and collaborate with global counterparts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the MEA VM & Store Design team to implement regional visual merchandising plans and oversee new store openings and refurbishments.
• Execute VM elements for retailer and country launches, ensuring new innovations, promotions and permanent installations are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with global VM and Store Design teams to influence guidelines for standalone stores, department stores and specialty beauty retailers.
• Drive project‑management processes, budgeting, stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation across cross‑functional departments.

Required profile

• Extensive leadership experience in visual merchandising and store design within the beauty sector.
• Creative background in interior, product or architectural design.
• Strong people‑management skills with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and present to senior leaders.
