Senior Visual / Motion Designer

About the role

Fuse Energy is building a fully integrated energy company and needs a senior visual and motion designer to create compelling product reveals, brand films, and animated content. You will work on a variety of 2D and 3D projects that help communicate complex energy hardware and technology to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality 2D and 3D motion designs for marketing campaigns, performance ads, product reveals, social content, and digital experiences.
• Develop visual treatments for key brand moments, including title sequences, cinematic product animations, and functional product visualisations.
• Design custom 3D assets, illustrations, icons, and characters that strengthen storytelling and the Fuse Energy brand.
• Own projects from brief to delivery, contributing creative ideas, visual concepts, and solutions.
• Collaborate with product, growth, content, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive, high‑quality creative output.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in motion design, 3D or visual design with a strong portfolio.
• Proactive, self‑directed mindset that takes ownership and contributes ideas beyond brief execution.
• Creative problem‑solver able to translate complex products and abstract concepts into clear visual stories.
• Passion for technology, hardware, and building memorable product experiences through motion and 3D.
