About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Senior Waiter to join our dynamic hospitality team in Dubai. In this leadership‑oriented position you will manage your own section, delivering refined, personalized service that exceeds guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your assigned section with professionalism, ensuring a refined guest experience.
• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable service across all food and beverage offerings.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and support teams to maintain smooth service flow.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, modeling best practices.
• Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, cleanliness and service execution.
• Accurately take and process guest orders, accommodating special requests.
• Anticipate guest needs, creating personalized experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and complaints with professionalism and decisive problem‑solving.
• Manage table setup, coordination and breakdown efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene protocols.
• Utilize POS systems accurately for order processing and billing.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years progressive waiter experience in upscale dining or hospitality.
• Proven expertise in section management and guest service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, dining etiquette and service protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior staff.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high service standards.
• Proven conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Experience using restaurant management software.
