Senior Waiter/ess for Social Company

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Waiter/ess to join the Social Company team at Zabeel House The Greens. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑standard dining experience to guests in a vibrant, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables and explain seating arrangements.
• Present menu items, describe preparation methods and ingredients, and answer allergy or dietary questions.
• Promote daily specials and promotions not listed on the menu.
• Verify guest identification for alcohol service in compliance with local regulations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting special requests, and communicate them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages using proper techniques and uphold established service standards.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of food & beverage service experience in a 4‑star or 5‑star hotel, upscale restaurant, luxury resort or premium dining venue.
• Previous senior service or team‑leading experience.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, menu offerings and guest service techniques.
• Proven ability to guide junior team members and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
