Senior/Principal Product Manager – User Onboarding & Growth

About the role

Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution across a global footprint. We are looking for a Senior/Principal Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end customer onboarding experience on the Crypto.com App, turning it into a growth engine while meeting regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for compliant account opening, KYC, identity verification and platform capabilities, balancing conversion, speed and risk.
• Transform onboarding into a growth engine by owning activation, referral, new‑user incentives and time‑to‑first‑value, and partnering with Marketing on acquisition mechanics.
• Instrument the funnel, identify drop‑off points, ship interventions and measure impact on completion and activation.
• Extend onboarding capabilities to other product surfaces and markets without creating fragmented journeys.
• Collaborate with Trading teams to connect onboarding to first trade and ongoing participation.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning consumer onboarding and growth, with measurable impact on activation, referral or acquisition metrics.
• Hands‑on experience shipping account opening or KYC in a regulated fintech environment, understanding how identity and country rules affect the funnel.
• Demonstrated ability to extend shared onboarding platforms across products or markets.
• Depth in trading‑product knowledge, having worked on trading, brokerage or first‑trade journeys.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, managing two connected charters and making prioritisation decisions independently.

Required skills

• Product management tools and methodologies (roadmapping, prioritisation, agile delivery).
• Data analysis and funnel instrumentation (SQL, analytics platforms).
• Regulatory compliance knowledge for KYC and financial onboarding.
• Collaboration with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, Trading).
