SEO and GEO Manager

About the role

STARTRADER is looking for an SEO & GEO Manager to own organic and AI‑answer visibility across every market and language we publish in. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will lead a global, single‑owner SEO function with full budget responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Drive organic growth in all existing and new markets through multilingual keyword, entity and search‑intent architecture.
• Accountability for traffic, rankings and their contribution to registrations and funded accounts.
• Implement technical SEO at multilingual scale: indexation, canonicals, redirects, site architecture, hreflang, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering, log‑file analysis and structured‑data validation.
• Develop and execute content and authority strategies, including AI‑answer engine optimization (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot).
• Direct regional SEO specialists and agency partners without a direct reporting line.
• Design AI‑driven workflows for briefs, audits and quality assurance while maintaining compliance in a regulated YMYL environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multilingual technical SEO at a global scale.
• Strong understanding of AI crawler access and AI‑driven acquisition channels.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and agency partners without direct reporting authority.
• Experience in a regulated financial or fintech environment is a plus.
