SEO Content Lead

About the role

Property Finder is looking for an SEO Content Lead to own and scale its organic content engine. You will act as a player‑coach, guiding a distributed writing team while personally delivering high‑impact content each week.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a data‑driven content roadmap covering the full property journey, prioritising new topics, refreshes and retirements.
• Design and implement AI‑assisted workflows that turn market and search data into ready‑to‑write briefs, applying LLMs with rigorous quality gates.
• Lead day‑to‑day management of writers, coach interns, and maintain editorial standards without expanding headcount.
• Own internal linking architecture, technical SEO signals (crawling, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals) and collaborate with PR and engineering teams.
• Pull performance data from SQL, BigQuery, GSC, GA4, SEMrush or DataForSEO, run statistically sound A/B tests and report results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years in SEO/content, with at least 3 years leading multi‑writer teams in high‑volume environments.
• Deep, practical experience building production LLM pipelines, including RLHF feedback loops.
• Proven track record of scaling output while preserving quality.
• Strong experimentation discipline with a portfolio of content A/B tests.

Required skills

• Semantic SEO (entity‑based, topical maps, information gain).
• Programmatic/product‑led SEO and template‑driven page creation.
• SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Search Console, GA4.
• SEMrush, DataForSEO or similar rank‑tracking APIs.
• LLM production, prompt engineering, RLHF methodology.
