SEO Expert – Full‑time (Onsite/Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time SEO Expert to drive organic growth for Madrono AI’s digital properties. The role involves planning and executing on‑page and off‑page optimisation strategies to improve search rankings and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and optimise website content, meta data and on‑page elements.
• Monitor analytics, search performance and produce regular SEO reports.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues in collaboration with developers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with search engine algorithm changes and recommend content and link‑building initiatives.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align SEO efforts with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong SEO fundamentals with experience improving organic traffic in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and keyword research platforms.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and technical SEO concepts (site speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data).
• Effective communication, organisational skills and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
