SEO & GEO Manager

About the role

STARTRADER is looking for an experienced SEO & GEO Manager to lead organic search performance and AI‑generated answer visibility across its multilingual websites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine a multilingual SEO strategy, including site audits, keyword research, information architecture and market‑specific content roadmaps.
• Lead the company’s Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to improve visibility in AI‑driven search and answer engines.
• Ensure technical health of all sites – crawlability, indexation, site performance, structured data, hreflang and migration planning.
• Direct content governance from brief to publication, meeting search‑quality and regulatory standards.
• Manage regional SEO agencies and link‑building partners, setting priorities and reviewing deliverables.
• Own configuration and governance of Google Search Console, GA4 and GTM, and build Looker Studio dashboards for decision‑making.
• Analyse and present organic and AI‑search performance, linking results to registrations and deposits for senior leadership.
• Lead, coach and evaluate junior team members, establishing operating standards and documented processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional SEO experience, including at least 2 years leading people or external agencies.
• Proven record of growing organic traffic and conversions on large or multilingual websites, preferably in financial services or a regulated sector.
• Strong knowledge of regional search platforms such as Naver, Yandex and Baidu.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Technical SEO: structured data (JSON‑LD), hreflang, indexation management, site migrations.
• GEO and AI search tools and monitoring platforms.
• Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio.
• SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights.
• Content management: WordPress, Yoast SEO, Rich Results Test, Schema Markup Validator.
• AI platforms: ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Ahrefs Brand Radar.
