SEO Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

SellThru is seeking an experienced SEO Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead organic growth for medium to large client accounts across the MENA region. You will own the full SEO lifecycle, from technical audits to AI‑driven discovery strategies, ensuring brands are visible in both traditional SERPs and emerging LLM‑generated answers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end SEO strategies (technical, on‑page, off‑page) for a portfolio of clients.
• Lead the GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) practice to secure brand citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Gemini.
• Utilise AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and DataForSEO to automate content gap analysis, keyword clustering, technical audits, and reporting.
• Manage and mentor a team of SEO executives, driving operational efficiency and client relationship excellence.
• Conduct deep technical SEO audits and translate findings into actionable roadmaps for client development teams.
• Monitor evolving search behaviours, including zero‑click results and conversational search, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Design entity authority and structured‑data initiatives to boost visibility in AI‑generated responses.
• Provide media forecasting, opportunity sizing, and ROI reporting for organic channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SEO for medium to large accounts across multiple verticals.
• Strong understanding of modern search dynamics, including LLM‑driven discovery.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Leadership experience in managing SEO teams.
