SEO Specialist (Arabic Speaking Required)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can develop and execute effective SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. The role requires strong analytical abilities, a solid understanding of e‑commerce platforms, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Arabic language skills are a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website pages, product listings, landing pages, blogs, and category pages for SEO.
• Perform technical SEO audits, resolve crawl, indexing, speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Web teams to produce SEO‑friendly content.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Build and manage ethical backlink strategies to increase domain authority.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and recommend continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO.
• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in retail, beauty, fragrance, FMCG, or lifestyle e‑commerce is advantageous.
