SEO Specialist

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking an SEO Specialist to enhance the visibility and performance of its digital assets. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize website elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, content, and user experience for on‑page SEO.
• Implement and maintain technical SEO tasks, including indexing, sitemap management, and fixing crawl errors.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to shape content strategies and boost keyword performance.
• Collaborate with content writers to ensure new and existing articles are fully optimized for search engines.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and produce monthly reports with traffic insights and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven SEO experience with hands‑on knowledge of both on‑page and technical SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Experience using Google Analytics for performance tracking.
