Server – Fast‑growing bakery in Dubai

About the role

Join Brooki Bakehouse, a rapidly expanding bakery brand, as a friendly and energetic Server. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast‑paced environment while upholding the highest standards of food safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus, explain dishes, ingredients and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and clear tables, maintaining a clean dining area.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Follow hygiene, safety and food‑handling standards.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, team‑player mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic math skills for billing and payments.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
