About the role

R&B Fashion is hiring a full-time server in Abu Dhabi. The role covers guest service, order coordination with the kitchen and cashier, compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and support for the team during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with guests and support team members during service.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, cashier and service teams so orders flow accurately and food arrives on time.
• Help colleagues during busy periods with seating, clearing tables and general service operations.
• Build friendly relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
• Follow hygiene, safety and sanitation standards for food, beverages and equipment, and keep tables, areas and utensils clean.
• Follow safe food-handling practices, allergen awareness and reporting any hazards or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Support the training of new service staff and share product knowledge and menu details with colleagues.
• Apply supervisor feedback to improve speed, accuracy and service quality.
• Reduce order errors, manage table turnovers efficiently and monitor the availability of cutlery, condiments and tableware.
• Contribute to sales through upselling, menu knowledge and promotion of daily specials.
• Handle bills, payment methods and transactions accurately.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality or customer service certificate is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in a service or customer-facing role in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while keeping accuracy and service quality.
• Good knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards, hygiene and order-taking procedures.
• Teamwork, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic billing procedures is an advantage.
