About the role

Acts as liaison between customers and the service department, communicating vehicle problems, repair timelines, and customer concerns while delivering exemplary customer service and a sales‑minded attitude.

Key responsibilities

Advise customers on additional necessary repairs beyond the reported fault and provide cost estimates.
Maintain a daily register of vehicle bookings, track delivery times, and arrange LPOs while closing job cards promptly.
Conduct test drives to assess complaints, complete T‑Cards with job details, estimates, and delivery dates considering parts availability and manpower.
Obtain quotation approvals, coordinate with the control room, and ensure repairs are completed per job card before the committed delivery time.
Communicate repair recommendations in layman's terms to customers and brief technicians on customer needs, managing repair schedules.

Required profile

Diploma or degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
3 to 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
