Service Advisor – Luxury Automotive After‑sales

Key responsibilities

• Create strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Drive monthly revenue through strategic upselling and smart discount management.
• Provide expert advice, ensuring vehicles are serviced correctly the first time.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates on vehicle progress and on‑time delivery.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently to maintain high service scores.
• Follow company policies and procedures to deliver a consistent premium experience.

Required profile

• 3–5 years experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work extended hours to meet targets and customer commitments.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of automotive products, processes and details.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
