Service Contract Executive – Electric Mobility

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Service Contract Executive to join the BYD Aftersales team within Al‑Futtaim Automotive. The role focuses on creating, maintaining and pricing service contracts for electric mobility vehicles, ensuring compliance and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain service contracts for new vehicle models and update existing contracts.
• Manage contract data in SAP IS‑AUTO, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain parts pricing and cost structures, and administer contracts for fleet customers.
• Process contract requests such as transfers, terminations, reinstatements and refunds.
• Provide support to branches on contract matters and generate ad‑hoc reports.
• Support pricing initiatives and collaborate with finance, fleet and operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma; automotive qualification or experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with service contracts, pricing analysis and automotive aftersales.
• Strong analytical, numerical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in financial concepts such as gross‑margin, RSP/NSP pricing.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IS‑AUTO.
• Experience with business intelligence/reporting tools.
