About the role

The Service Experience Agent (Operator) provides front‑line support to guests at the BVLGARI Resort, handling inquiries and requests across multiple communication channels to ensure a seamless and memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

Answer and process guest requests via telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices.
Operate the telephone switchboard, manage wake‑up calls and direct calls to the appropriate extensions.
Log requests, coordinate with departments such as Bellperson or Housekeeping, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Provide information on room features, property amenities, local attractions, and assist guests with internet and in‑room entertainment.
Process room‑service orders, advise on menu selections and record transactions using the point‑of‑sale system.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
No prior work experience required.

Required skills

Proficiency with a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
