Service Expert System Administrator – T3000

About the role

As a Service Expert System Administrator for T3000 at Siemens Energy in Abu Dhabi, you will lead the operation and security of power‑plant control systems. You will ensure reliable performance of automation and cybersecurity solutions for our customers across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues on Siemens Energy products and services.
• Perform on‑site installation, maintenance and repair of control equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
• Work closely with sales and engineering teams to deliver successful solution implementations.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to customers on system operation and maintenance.
• Gather field feedback and recommend product or service enhancements.
• Configure and manage cybersecurity settings, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Automation, I&C, Control Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with Siemens Energy T3000, PLC and SCADA environments.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and travel extensively across the Middle East.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
